Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the The Last Beat mobile game (the "Game"), developed by HB Hammad Dyar (Dyar.pk). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game on your own device for non-commercial purposes.

2. Your account

You may sign in with Google Play Games. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Coins, diamonds, Beat Boosts, upgrades, skins, effects and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you – not owned by you. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. We may change or rebalance virtual items when updating the Game.

4. Ads

The Game shows rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. Rewards are given after the ad is watched to the end. Daily limits apply.

5. Fair play

You agree not to cheat or use hacks, mods, bots or exploits; manipulate leaderboards or records; copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or resell the Game; or break any applicable law while using the Game. We may reset progress or remove leaderboard entries that break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, its name, characters, artwork, music, code and all original content are owned by HB Hammad Dyar (Dyar.pk) and protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop the Game (fully or partly) at any time. Some features need an internet connection or the latest version.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Game and delete your data at any time (see Delete Account). We may end your access if you break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Dyar.pk is based.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the new Terms.
