The Last BeatPrivacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Last Beat (also listed as "The Last Beat: No Exit"; the "Game", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you play the Game on Android. The Game is developed by HB Hammad Dyar (Dyar.pk). By playing the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
a) Information you provide
- Google Play Games sign-in (optional): if you sign in, Google shares your Play Games player ID, display name (gamer tag) and avatar with the Game so it can save your progress to the cloud and show you on leaderboards and achievements.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
b) Information stored on your device
- Game data: coins, diamonds, Beat Boosts, levels, stars, best times, upgrades, skins, achievements, daily rewards, statistics and settings. This is saved on your phone, and in your Google Play Games cloud save if you signed in.
c) Information collected automatically
- Google Play Games (only if you sign in): your scores (total stars, levels completed, Endless Maze record, Hunter Mode wins), unlocked achievements and your cloud save are stored by Google Play Games Services. Other players can see your gamer tag and scores on the leaderboards.
- Ads (only when you choose to watch one): the Game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect your IP address, your device's advertising ID and app set ID, ad and app interactions (such as app launches, taps and video views) and diagnostic information (such as app performance) to show and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud. Players in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and can change their choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
- Purchases: in-app purchases are handled by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation of what you bought, never your payment details.
- Update check: when the Game starts it asks this website (thelastbeat.dyar.pk) whether a newer version exists. Like any web request, our host (Vercel) receives your IP address and basic technical information. We do not use it to identify you.
- Google Play data: Google Play may collect crash reports and usage data under Google's own policies.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. The Game has no chat and no account of its own.
2. How we use information
- To run the Game, save your progress and restore it on a new device.
- To power leaderboards and achievements.
- To show optional rewarded ads and give their rewards.
- To deliver what you buy in the Shop.
- To tell you when a new version of the Game is available.
- To fix bugs, prevent fraud and improve the Game.
- To answer your support requests.
3. Third-party services
The Game uses these services, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:

4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above to operate the Game (for example, AdMob receives advertising data when you watch an ad), when required by law, or to protect our players and the Game. Your gamer tag and scores are visible to other players on the Google Play Games leaderboards.
5. Data retention and deletion
Game data on your phone stays until you delete the Game or clear its data. Cloud save data, scores and achievements stay in your Google Play Games account until you delete them. You can ask us to help delete your data at any time – see our Delete Account & Data page.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Children's privacy
The Game is made for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. To use these rights, email hbhammaddyar0@gmail.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when new features are added. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
